As a TAMMIRA Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in promoting TAMMIRA - a startup founded by USC Grad Students.
TAMMIRA® is an interactive mobile app with a holistic approach to wellness and beauty that adapts to each user’s wants and needs. The TAMMIRA app virtually connects a Personalizer™ coach, educational and/or advisory service provider with self-care enthusiasts (Learners) for customized, real-time interaction and services.

Weekly Responsibilities:
- Promote TAMMIRA on Your Campus: Spread the word about TAMMIRA using a variety of channels, including social media, word-of-mouth, and engagement with student organizations.
- Create Engaging Content: Develop captivating content, such as posts, stories, videos, or blogs, that highlight TAMMIRA's features and benefits. Additionally, you are responsible for creating one IG reel or TikTok video every week, specifically designed for posting on TAMMIRA's official accounts.
- Host Bi-weekly Livestream: Conduct a livestream every two weeks on the TAMMIRA app, focusing on wellness or beauty topics to provide valuable insights and foster engagement.
- Spread the TAMMIRA Message: Repost your TAMMIRA content on your personal social media at least once a week. Platforms for posting include Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Share Viral Trends: Stay informed about current viral trends and relate them back to TAMMIRA's mission. This insight can be incorporated into your content creation.
Other Responsibilities:
- Participate in Ambassador Meetings: Attend monthly meetings with the Social Media Lead and fellow ambassadors to collaborate on content strategies and discuss the next content calendar. Serves as opportunities for collaboration, brainstorming, and staying updated on TAMMIRA's developments.
- Refer New Users: Encourage your peers to join TAMMIRA by sharing your referral code, and earn referral bonuses for every successful referral.
- Provide Feedback: Offer valuable feedback and suggestions to the TAMMIRA team to enhance the app and improve the user experience.
This role requires creativity, enthusiasm, and active participation in promoting TAMMIRA. Your dedication to creating content, staying updated on trends, and engaging with peers are essential to your success as a TAMMIRA Student Ambassador.

TAMMIRA brings together Learners (consumers) and Personalizers (creators and service providers), while prioritizing transparency. Unlike traditional social media, TAMMIRA is a tool designed to build authentic virtual connections and communities. Personalizers can connect with their audiences, offer advice, and engage in real-time conversations through livestreams and social shopping—all in a safe, pressure-free space.
Personalizers are also empowered to build their community of Learners through paid sessions. Beauty artists, skincare enthusiasts, aspiring chefs, yoga coaches, students, and so many more are encouraged to share what they love through the TAMMIRA app.
The Creator Program offers many benefits in terms of professional development, resume building, and earning cash. Ambassadors are given the opportunity to use the TAMMIRA paid session feature with 0% commission fees (Stripe transaction fees still apply).
Beyond that, Ambassadors are given exposure into marketing, and are able to represent their skills via virtual services within their own circles. This offers great experience for your resume and/or expanding your opportunities as TAMMIRA Ambassadors help strengthen our community while creating content that you’re passionate about.
